ADDITIONAL COSTS WHEN PURCHASING PROPERTY

In the Czech Republic, the price of real estate consists of:

the price of a property

CZK 12,500 - CZK 25,000 services of a lawyer who will prepare a purchase agreement and a deposit agreement.

2000 CZK (approx. €80) registration in the land registry

3.63% of the property price (3% + VAT 21%) - our brokerage service

In Germany, the price of real estate consists of:

the price of a property

from 1.5% of the value of the property - the services of a notary, who drafts a purchase agreement and possibly a custody agreement.
